Endorsed by the Salem Area Chamber of Commerce

I’m honored to share that the Salem Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors has endorsed my re-election for Mayor!

The Chamber represents more than 1,100 local businesses and over 45,000 employees across the greater Salem area. As a small business owner myself, I understand how important steady leadership, strong partnerships, and sound fiscal management are to the health of our community.

In their endorsement, the Chamber noted that I have “skillfully navigated and led our City through difficult budgeting processes, in partnership with our City Manager, fellow Councilors, and the Budget Committee, to bring the City’s annual budget back into balance,” and that I have “served the Salem community with integrity and honor,” ultimately earning the opportunity to serve residents and businesses in a second term.

I’m grateful for the trust and partnership of our local business community. There is still important work ahead, and I remain committed to supporting a strong local economy, balanced fiscal management, and a Salem that is safe, clean, and healthy for all.
